In today’s show, “Episode 49: How To Transform Exhaustion Into Energy” Sarah Phipp, nutritional therapist, and health coach, joins us give insight on how she healed her chronic fatigue and how to live a healthier, happier life as a mother. She explains all the different pieces that can make a difference in your energy levels, and what she did in her own life to have increased energy.

“There were times where I just felt really tired, and I kind of focused on my health a little bit, but not very much. When you have kids there’s no tolerance for the body to continue working if you don’t address those issues. We’re all doing the best with the knowledge we have at the time.”

Sarah struggled with chronic fatigue when she had her first child. As she didn’t find answers from speaking to her doctors she decided to take the matter into her own hands. On the call, Sarah shared how if you are pregnant or planning to have a baby in the near future, what you can do to have the healthiest pregnancy possible. We also discussed how to keep your energy levels in peak condition so that you thrive and are able to give more but in a sustainable way.
