Yesterday, I had one of the most life-changing conversations with the amazing Vanessa Broers. As those who know me will attest, I’ve “been around” the transformation industry for a while. 😂🙈

But yesterday’s conversation with her made me realize something important: I had never truly given myself permission to create a business in the way I would love. Instead, I was always creating it the way I thought I “should” — one-on-one clients, in-person programs, and structured systems.

The Big Question: "What Would it Be Like to Make Money Without Needing to Be There?"

When Vanessa asked me, “What would it be like to make money without needing to be there?” I felt an incredible surge of energy rush through my body, accompanied by truthbumps! This question opened up a new perspective for me that I had never considered before.

Truthfully, I’ve never fully taken my human design profile into account — a major oversight. And now, I understand why I felt stuck in certain areas.

Embracing My Human Design Profile for Business Success

It’s crucial for me to act on my inspired urges when they show up and let them guide me. Here’s what I’ve learned about my business style:

💃 I catalyze, initiate, and need systems and people to support me in keeping everything running.

💃 My most powerful gift is my ability to transmit energy — both in writing and speaking.

💃 I need longer periods of rest, which means showing up consistently just isn’t feasible for me. I want to create a business model that works around this need.

💃 I LOVE live events and facilitating groups when inspiration strikes.

Creating a Business Model That Works for Me

So why not create a business that supports my inconsistent nature? One that allows me to grow and serve my audience through my transmissions, all while doing it in a way that I love? This is the future I want to build, and I’m aligning my work with it.

How This New Approach Feels Aligned and Uncomfortable

As I reflected on this, I realized that this approach is already how I’ve made money in the past — through my investments. It feels aligned, but also uncomfortable. The old way of doing things was what I knew, and moving into something new always feels scary.

However, it’s no longer a reason to stay stuck. I know what’s right for me, and I need to honor that — even if it means stepping outside of my comfort zone.

Break Free from Conditioning and Do Things Your Own Way

Having this conversation with Vanessa was incredibly powerful, confirming what I had been reflecting on for a long time. It’s so easy to follow the path others have walked, rather than break free from my conditioning and do things the Unshackled Way.

This process feels expansive, light, and incredibly clear in my body.
