WHY IS THIS CIRCLE UNIQUE AND WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER THE SIX WEEKS 

Unlike the majority of the programs that take a one dimensional symptomatic approach that suggest you need fixing, I take a much needed holistic approach into healing codependency, that treats the root cause - the relationship you have to all 3 aspects of who you are: Spirit, Soul and Self. This way of working will save you years of suffering, searching and liberate you in ways you can only dream of.

While I spent years focusing on my spiritual nature, which was enormously helpful to know that we do not need fixing as we are not broken, this understanding did nothing to alchemise my relationship and stories to Self and Spirit, nor did it take into consideration feminine, masculine dynamics and communication. As I journeyed, I realised that all these key aspects were critical to creating the loving sovereign relationship I now have with myself and my King.

During our time together you will 

💃Be invited to pick 1 area where you self-abandon and work with that one area throughout the 6 weeks, making your progress easier to see and experience. 

💃Be asked to use the antidote of appreciation for self abandon so that you are able to foster self-worth, self-respect, self-validation and self-trust, to reclaim agency over your own life and liberate you from codependent behaviours.

💃Be asked to hold one difficult feeling that you usually want to escape or be rescued from so that you start to cultivate the trust you seek and experience the resilience you have inside.

💃Discover who you really are and have an embodied understanding that everything you need is already inside of you so that you end the co-dependent behaviour of seeking outside validation or choosing men that are just not right for you.

💃Be able to name any shame you have to release so that you can begin to cultivate kindness, LOVE and compassion for yourself instead. 

💃Deepen trust in your intuition and learn to listen to your wisdom, to take aligned action even in the face of fear and guilt. 

💃Quieten your worried mind about what others think and lessen your fear of rejection so that you can play a bigger game.

💃Explore your relationship to God/Spirit to open you up to trusting in Life so that you don't keep feeling like you need to do it all on your own.

In short, by the end of the 6 weeks YOu WILL HAVE ALCHEMIZED YOUR DEEPER CODEPENDENT BEHAVIOURS INTO UNSHAKEABLE TRUST OF YOURSELF, YOUR SOUL AND SPIRIT.

  • When I was reflecting on how BEST to serve my heartfelt medicine, I knew that my most potent work with women over the past 15 years had always come in the form of intimate containers.

  • Having run 6-week circles previously, I have found this to be the perfect amount of time for the transformation process to occur. Each week will be devoted to the relevant topic that builds from the previous week.

  • I wanted to give you this option if you are the kind of woman who wants to go deeper and experience all the bells and whistles. It's also an opportunity for you to take advantage of the 15 years of my experience and Deep Seeing Gifts. I couldn't think of a better way to do that by adding the extra 121 element.

  • I know that life can get in the way, and like with everything, you will get out what you put in. If you commit 100%, you will get 100% value. Nevertheless, if you cannot make one, there will be a replay that you can watch.
