Discovering the Power of the Concha
For about 1.5 years now, my Spanish partner and I have named my pussy, concha (Conch shell in English). If you look closely, you will see its resemblance. Little did I know that this initial playful interaction would lead to the sacred significance she holds for me now.
Embracing Female Empowerment
I have always had a powerful connection to my concha and have been slowly but surely creating a deeper connection with her throughout the year. I know that it is because of her power that my partner CAME back to me and that because of my connection to her, she is able to share her wisdom with me in times that I feel unsafe.
Manifesting Love and Secure Attachment
For those of you that follow my posts, you will know I magically discovered a Queen Conch (this is what this one in the picture is actually called) in my garden about three months ago and have communed with her now and again, asking for her guidance.
Conch is a symbol of speech, good intentions, and unconditional love, teaching us to manifest love and create secure attachments in our lives.
The Healing Power of the Conch Symbol
It only really hit me yesterday while in circle, that while I have been posting about who women become in the process of unshackling their people-pleasing chains, I had never mentioned the concha. I was holding back. I was scared that I would be judged for being nuts and was playing safe. Yet, in truth, Spirit GIFTED her to me.
The Significance of the Concha in My Journey
When I looked up her meaning, I was blown away: Conch is a symbol of speech and good intentions. This creature is teaching us to love unconditionally. Are you willing to sacrifice everything you have for the sake of your loved one? This is what my work is all about.
New Beginnings and Personal Growth
The Queen Conch (aka Concha) is also a symbol of new beginnings, turning our back on our past dark life and starting anew. Summon its healing power and it will give you the courage to completely disregard your wrongdoings. It teaches us security, not against threat, but more on having a secure attachment to ideas, opinions, work, or relationships. Bonds grow stronger and stronger and will be cemented with love and trust. This is what I have personally been going through.
Listening to Your Heart and Seeking Happiness
This creature asks if we are staying true to our hearts. Are we doing things because we like them, or are we doing them for the sake of others' happiness? When was the last time you did something that made you truly happy?
The Queen Conch wants us to experience our own happiness. When a conch presents itself to you, perhaps it’s the best time to think about yourself. This is what I want for my beautiful women.
Embracing the Unshackled Concha Queen
Conch appears as an animal spirit when:
You are no longer paying attention to your happiness.
We are having difficulties in creating bonds.
When you are not doing your part to uphold truth.
When you are not giving a part of yourself in a relationship.
When we are traveling the darkest part of our life.

Move through their difficulties in creating bonds.
Unshackle their truth and uphold it.
Unshackle the chains that have been guarding their hearts so they can give and love fully without fear or shame.

I had no idea that this is what the concha represented in terms of my medicine and how she came to me exactly at the time when I needed her the most. Yesterday, my partner gifted me a necklace with her (all the feels on that one as I know how important the physical connection is to the masculine and how important the concha is to us both). So from now on, no holding back.
